The following is ScuttlePad's privacy policy and is meant to inform you what information ScuttlePad collects, how it is used and shared as well as the steps we take to protect and secure it. The notice is also meant to share how you can access that information or contact us with any questions or concerns that you might have. The information that you do share with us will be used for our internal business purposes. ScuttlePad is not in the business of selling our users information.
Information Collected
- ScuttlePad collects limited personal information that you provide when you register with us and use ScuttlePad products or services available on the ScuttlePad Site (the "Service"). The information is limited to name, date of birth, gender and favorite color. A parent or guardian's email address will be required to approve the child's participation on the site.
- ScuttlePad may aggregate your information with information from other users (without personally identifying you) and share it with our business partners or others.
- ScuttlePad automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookies, and the pages you request.
Use of Information - IP Addresses

- Submit their email for contact purposes;
- Receive the confirmation email to agree to allow their child to have access to ScuttlePad; and
- Verify through the use of an email confirmation that the parent or guardian consents to the Terms of Service and this privacy policy.
- Once parental notice and consent has been verified, the information we collect will be limited and we will stay in contact with parents and guardians while their child is a member.
How Parents can Access their Children's Personal Information
In compliance with COPPA, a parent or legal guardian may request from us to review, delete or stop the collection of personally identifiable information relating to their child or any child in their legal custody who is under 13 years of age.
